Mallorca Influence connects Mallorca businesses with selected content creators and manages the collaborations between them. Access for creators, agencies and businesses is by invitation or subject to approval by our team, which may accept or decline access requests.

The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out with your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the conditions of a collaboration.

Each collaboration has its own conditions (dates, deliverables, formats, mandatory mentions and the business's requirements), shown before you request or accept it. By accepting a collaboration, you accept those conditions.

Creators agree to attend the reserved visit or cancel it in advance, and to publish the agreed content. Where commitments are not met we take action, which may include removal from the platform.

Businesses agree to provide the agreed experience under the published conditions.

Content usage rights are those agreed in each collaboration's conditions. Unless otherwise agreed, creators keep ownership of their content and grant Mallorca Influence a non-exclusive right to display and link the posts published in the collaboration on the platform, including the public feed and reports for the business involved.

The metrics we show are snapshots captured from the platforms on a given date; they are not live figures or estimates.

You may not use the platform to impersonate others, send unsolicited communications, scrape data in bulk or try to access areas or data you are not authorised to access.

Instagram, TikTok and other platforms are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but it is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your rights under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
