Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Mallorca Influence processes, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

Who we are
Mallorca Influence is a collaboration platform connecting Mallorca businesses with content creators, based in Mallorca, Balearic Islands (Spain). We are the controller of the data described in this policy. You can reach us at any time through the contact page.
What data we process
Creators: name, email, phone number, creator type, social media profiles and follower counts and, if you provide it, a postal address so brands can send you products.
Accounts: email and password. Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash; we never know them.
Agencies: the agency's details and those of the creators it registers for each trip or campaign.
Businesses and brands: business name, contact person and email when they ask for information.
Collaborations: requests, reservations (dates, times and party size), attendance confirmations and the messages you exchange with the team.
Contact messages: what you send us through the contact form.
Security: sign-in records with IP address and browser, to protect accounts against unauthorised access.
Published content: links to posts published as part of a collaboration and the public metrics (such as views or likes) we capture from those posts on a given date.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
To manage your account, review your access request and organise collaborations, reservations and deliverables (performance of our relationship with you).
To protect the platform, prevent fraud and show content published in collaborations in the public feed, always crediting the creator and linking to the original (legitimate interest).
To answer your messages and enquiries (your request and our legitimate interest in handling it).
To comply with legal obligations where they apply.
The public content feed
The feed shows posts that creators have already made public on Instagram or TikTok as part of a collaboration. We show a cover image, credit to the creator and the business, and a link to the original post. Metrics are snapshots captured on a date, never estimates.
If you created a post and would prefer it not to appear, write to us and we will remove it from the feed.
Who we share data with
The business you request or accept a collaboration with, to the extent needed to organise it.
Providers of technical services: hosting, database and file storage (Manus platform), transactional email (Resend) and cookieless web analytics (Umami). They process data only on our instructions.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We only use essential cookies that keep administrators, creators and agencies signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics do not use cookies.
Your browser stores your language preference locally and, where relevant, form drafts so you do not lose what you have written.
Instagram and TikTok players load only when you press “View here”. From that point those platforms' privacy policies apply.
How long we keep data
We keep data while your account is active or for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and afterwards for the periods required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or erasure of your data, and restriction, objection and portability. Creators can update their details at any time from “My profile”.
To exercise your rights, write to us through the contact page. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, let you know.
